About My Work

JoJo MacDonald, APRN, CRNA, MS is a board certified nurse anesthesiologist with a specialization in Ophthalmology and Aesthetics. She has been a solo provider and business owner in Brevard County for the past 20 years. She has performed thousands of retrobulbar eye blocks necessary for advanced eye surgery and anesthesia.  Her speciality evolved into aesthetics from injecting the eyes for decades.  Her expertise and proficiency is necessary in treating a rare and potential vision altering complication from dermal fillers . 

She attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate. Served in the USAF Nurse Corp, and is a Desert Storm Veteran.  She received her Anesthesia training at the Hospital of St Raphael School of Nurse Anesthesia, a Yale University affiliate.  She trained in Aesthetics at the Aesthetic Vision Institute in Miami FL. She has trained at Jackson Memorial in Miami,  Duke University, and Beth Israel Deaconess in Boston, a Harvard University Teaching Hospital. She has been married for over 25 years and has four children.
